Meet the heart behind BIG Texas Custom Events! Carlos & Sarah were middle school sweethearts after meeting at their Dad’s church. Carlos is an experienced Project Management & Sarah has an EMT, Registered Nurse & Event Director background. Carlos & Sarah enjoy fostering happiness, memories & laughter in the community! Together with their boys, Christopher (General Manager), Michael (Operations Manager) & Daughter-In-Law, Ana (Staff Supervisor), the Morenos enjoy spending time together creating, building & managing custom events. We lead a staff of over 50 dedicated to ensuring your event runs smoothly! Concierge event planning is BIG Texas’ heart! If you can think of it, we can likely accommodate! Safety is our #1 priority; we only use the highest quality products, hypoallergenic foam & snow solution.
